Important Warranty Information
Astor Online provides a one year or two year warranty
when stated in the description of the item listing.
Not all of our watches carry a warranty. When
the description states that a warranty is provided
the terms and conditions of the warranty are as
described below.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
During the term of the warranty, Astor Online
will repair at no charge the jeweled movement,
electronic quartz movement, or battery on any
watch purchased from Astor Online if it proves
to be defective in material and/or workmanship
under normal use. Astor Online's warranty does
not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents or
any problem related to normal wear and tear. In
addition, the warranty does not apply to straps,
crystals, bracelets, crowns or cases. Astor Online
is not liable for any work performed on a watch
without Astor Online's authorization or by persons
not affiliated with Astor Online. Any such work
shall be done at the buyers expense and such action
will nullify the Astor Online warranty. Should
your watch require Covered Repairs during the
valid warranty period, it must be returned to
Astor Online according to our "Return Policy"
using a return authorization provided by Astor
Online.
